Adding a shift in Review Time Card

  1. In the upper-left corner of the screen, select Access your applications ( main menu icon ).
    The menu expands.

  2. Select T&A > Review Pay Period.
    The Review Pay Period screen appears.

  1. Double-click an employee row.
    The employee's Review Time Card screen opens in a separate tab.

  1. To add a shift do one of the following:

    • In the time card section, double-click the Time InBreakBack, and Time Out cells and enter times for the shift. 
      or

    • Above the time card, select Add Shift.
      The Add Shift dialog box appears.
      or

    • Right-click on a row in the time card and select Add Shift.
      The Add Shift dialog box appears.

    If you are adding shifts in the Add Shift dialog box, complete the fields as necessary.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • To save and approve the shift at the same time, select Save & Approve.
      The dialog box closes, and your changes are applied.
      or

    • To save the shift without approving, select Save Unapproved.
      The dialog box closes, and your changes are applied.
