Time & Attendance, Labor, Financial

Our workforce management products are typically released or upgraded every other Wednesday evening (CT).

Upcoming releases:

Housekeeping, Maintenance, Inspection, Service, Glitch

Our products for service operations and property and asset management are released on the last week of every month, across four data centers. The deployment typically spans the entire final week of the month.

Survey Solutions

Our Survey Solutions products are typically released or upgraded every other Wednesday evening (IST).

Customer education

Along with our online help and various training options, Unifocus offers additional education and user assistance resources for customers. With our Office Hours and Open UNI sessions, you can interact with our expert team members who can provide guidance, instruction, and advice on our software solutions. For

 

Open UNI

Unifocus University, or UNI, is Unifocus's online learning hub. Open UNI offers computer-based training courses for Time & Attendance and Labor Management that you can take free of charge and at your own pace. One of our skilled educators will walk you through the use of our products. This is a perfect opportunity to provide a refresher to your team or to introduce new teammates to the Unifocus software.

Seating is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Time & Attendance for Managers

The purpose of this course is to enable managers to track time and attendance figures, modify and approve employee punches, manage employee records, and understand labor reports. This course will also teach managers how to enroll employees and use the Unifocus Time Clock.

Need a quick refresher on a task or some guidance on how to effectively use Unifocus software? With Office Hours, you'll have access to a Unifocus educator for two hours to discuss Time & Attendance and Labor Management software.
