Brand
Use the Brand screen to create filters that can be used to track information by brand. Some hotel and restaurant chains offer multiple tiers of service that appeal to different types of customers. When generating reports for these properties, you can compare properties of similar tier by filtering the report by the brand name for those properties. For example, you manage a restaurant chain that has both a fine dining establishment and a fast-casual restaurant. You want to compare profits for all fast-casual properties, so you create a brand for both types of establishments. This allows you to view side-by-side comparisons in reports.
