Calendar Plans

Calendar plan determine when a specific revenue center period is open for business. More specifically, a calendar plan can be attached to individual periods within a revenue center. This feature enhances forecasting and labor planning accuracy by allowing you to define the annual schedule and business cycles for every shift within all of your revenue centers.

Note: The field descriptions below are for all possible fields. The fields that you see depend on your software license and security settings.

Field Description Notes

Audits

View a history of changes to the screen.



Add Calendar Plan

Create a new plan.


Delete

Removes the plan.

Name

Name for the calendar plan.

Dates Closed

The Revenue Center is closed during the configured date range.

  • Start Date—date when the revenue center or property is closed.

  • End Date—date after which the revenue center or property is reopened.

Days Open

Select which days of the week you want the revenue center or property to be open.
