Clearing datasets in Budget Utilities
Clearing a dataset clears all of the KBI, hour, rate, and fixed values. All values are reset to 0.
Note: You cannot clear working datasets, locked datasets, and datasets that are actively being edited by a different user.
Caution: If you have made changes and clear the dataset, all changes will be lost. There is no way to restore. You will have to recopy your datasets.

In the upper-left corner of the screen, select Access your applications ( ).
The menu expands. -
Select Financial > Budgeting.
The Budgeting Dashboard screen appears.

In the Budgeting menu pane, select Budget Utilities ( ) > Clear Dataset.

Field Description Notes Dataset
Select the dataset to clear.
Working datasets, locked datasets, and datasets that are actively being edited by a different user cannot be selected.
Cancel
Closes the dialog box without applying your changes.
OK
Applies your changes and closes the dialog box.

From the Dataset drop-down list, select the dataset to clear.
Note: Working datasets, locked datasets, and datasets that are actively being edited by a different user cannot be selected.

Select OK.
All KBI, hour, rate, and fixed values are cleared and set to 0.
