This table describes fields on the Copy Schedules dialog box.

Field Description

Copy from

Copy schedules from the selected planning period.

To select a planning period, do one of the following:

  • From the drop-down list, select the planning period to copy from.

  • Use the arrow to move forward or backward through planning periods. 

Copy to

Copy schedules to the selected planning period.

To select a planning period, do one of the following:

  • From the drop-down list, select the planning period to copy from.

  • Use the arrow to move forward or backward through planning periods. 

Select Schedule Days to Copy

Weekdays in the planning period that you want to copy.

Select the check boxes.

Select Jobs to copy

Jobs to include in the schedule.

If necessary, use the following controls to find shifts:

  • Find By Name—Enter the name of job or organization level. The tree menu updates to match your entry.

  • Select All (  )—Select the check boxes for all organization levels in the tree menu.

  • De-Select All (  )—Clear the check boxes for all organization levels in the tree menu.

  • Expand All (  )—Expand the tree menu to display all organization levels.

  • Collapse All (  )—Collapse the tree menu to display only top levels of organization levels.

Cancel

Closes the dialog box without applying your changes.

Copy

Applies your changes and closes the dialog box.
