Cloning blackout dates from year to year

1. In the upper-left corner of the screen, select Access your applications (  ).
   The menu expands.

2. Select Setup > T&A > Blackout Dates.
   The Blackout Dates screen appears.

3. In the Years pane, select Copy ().
   The Copy Year dialog box opens.

4. In the From Year field, select the year that you want to copy blackout dates from.

5. In the To Year field, select the year that you want to copy blackout dates to.

6. Select OK.
   The new year is added to the list with the same blackout dates as the selected From Year.
