Duplicating a notification

You can duplicate an existing notification in the Notifications Setup screen. A duplicate contains the same information and configurations as the original notification. You might duplicate a notification if you need to create a new one that differs only slightly from the original. You can then edit the fields that differ.

  1. In the upper-left corner of the screen, select Access your applications ().
    The menu expands.

  2. Select Notifications>Notifications Setup.
    The Notifications Setup screen appears.

  1. Find the notification in the Configured Notifications list.

  2. (Optional) Use the filters and page navigation arrows if necessary.

  3. In the row of the notification that you want to duplicate, hover over the ellipsis button ( button ) and select Duplicate from the drop-down list.
    A dialog box appears. The message asks whether you are sure you want to duplicate the notification.

  4. Select Duplicate.
    The Duplicate Notification dialog box appears.

  5. Edit the fields as necessary.

  6. Select Submit.
    The Duplicate Notification wizard closes, and your changes are saved.
