Editing a badge number for an employee

In the upper-left corner of the screen, select Access your applications (
).
The menu expands. -
Select Administration > Employee Maintenance.
The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a new tab.

In the upper-right corner of the screen, select the Actions () menu.

From the drop-down list, select Manage Employee Badges.
The Manage Employee Badges screen appears in a new tab.

Do one of the following:

Select an employee row from the list and select Edit Badge (
).
The Edit Badge Number dialog box appears.
or -
Right-click an employee row and select Edit badge number for...
The Edit Badge Number dialog box appears.

Enter a new badge number for the employee.

Select Save.
The new employee badge number is saved.
