Employee Schedules
Use Employee Schedules to view and manage the schedules for employees in your organization. The Employee Schedules screen provides the following information:

A view of employee schedules for the selected planning period.

Daily weather forecasts.

Planning period statistics, such as the number of available and scheduled hours.

Restrictions and conflicts.
-
Scheduled versus forecast hours by day and by planning period.

Graphical indication of employee availability, open shifts, and filled shifts.

Status of time off requests.
On the Employee Schedules screen, you can do the following:

Search for available shifts.
-
Add, edit, and fill open shifts, and create schedules for the planning period.

Edit shift times, change the job, assignment, and/or category to be worked during a shift.

Print and import schedules.
-
Manage time off requests and shift adjustments.
-
View accrual balances, planning period statistics, and KBI data.
