Employee Schedules

Use Employee Schedules to view and manage the schedules for employees in your organization. The Employee Schedules screen provides the following information:

  • A view of employee schedules for the selected planning period.

  • Daily weather forecasts.

  • Planning period statistics, such as the number of available and scheduled hours.

  • Restrictions and conflicts.

  • Scheduled versus forecast hours by day and by planning period.

  • Graphical indication of employee availability, open shifts, and filled shifts.

  • Status of time off requests.

On the Employee Schedules screen, you can do the following:

  • Search for available shifts.

  • Add, edit, and fill open shifts, and create schedules for the planning period.

  • Edit shift times, change the job, assignment, and/or category to be worked during a shift.

  • Print and import schedules.

  • Manage time off requests and shift adjustments.

  • View accrual balances, planning period statistics, and KBI data.
