Flow Plans
Flow plans analyze individual daily patterns to extrapolate data for the entire week. Flow plans can be in any number of combinations as long as the entire day and week have been accounted for in the plan. The flow plan is then attached to the KBI(s) for the operation.
The purpose of a flow plan is: 1) to define which flow patterns will be associated with which days of the week for a specific KBI, and 2) to indicate the period of time that this flow pattern/flow plan association will be effective. You should create a flow plan for each revenue center period that is associated with guest demand.
