Formula tasks in the Manage Budget Formulas dialog box

This table describes the controls and tasks used to build and edit KBI formulas in the Manage Budget Formulas dialog box in the Budget Configuration screen.

Task Steps

Reorder lines

In the line you want to move, hover your mouse pointer over the Drag to reorder icon ( button ) and drag to the desired position.

Add new lines

  1. Select Add Line(s).
    The Select KBIs dialog box appears.

  2. Select one or multiple KBIs to apply. You can either scroll through the list or use the Search field to find KBI.
    The Manage Budget Formulas dialog box closes, and your selected KBI(s) appear at the bottom of the Edit Formula table.

Select Operations

Select the Operation type ( buttons ) in front of each line of the formula.

For example, in the image below the AAA Departure line will be subtracted from the AAA Arrivals line.

Remove lines

In the line you want to remove from the formula, select the Remove icon  ( button ).
