Confirmation dialog box
After you register one or more new glitches, the Confirmation dialog box appears. The Confirmation dialog box displays an overview of the glitch(es) that you registered. You can select a glitch in the dialog box to view a detailed glitch report. The report opens in a new tab and contains a Print button for easy printing.

A tracking number for the glitch. |
Read-only. Tracking numbers reset to 1 at the beginning of each month. |

Incident location |
Name or number of the room where the glitch occurred. |

Name of the person who reported the incident. |

Glitch Description |
A description of the incident. |

Staff involved |
Name of any employees who were directly involved or present at the time of the incident. |

Remarks |
Displays additional information, if any remarks were included at the time of registration. |

Closes the dialog box. |
