Adding a glitch category

Note: Ensure that you have a corporate user rights to add a glitch category.

  1. From the main menu on the left side of the screen, select System Configuration (). The User Console screen appears.

  2. Select Glitch Configuration () > Glitch Manager.
    The Glitch Manager screen appears.

  3. Click () > Glitch Category.
    The Add Glitch Category dialog box appears.

  4. Enter the Glitch Category Name.

  5. Select the Department.

  6. Click Save & Add to add more glitch categories.
    An Alert Success message appears as the Glitch category is successfully created and you can visit the translation manager to update multilingual.
