Editing a glitch category

Editing a glitch category helps to organize and prioritize the resolution of problems by grouping them into related or similar types.
For example, in a hotel, glitch categories includes housekeeping issues, butler, front office product and services etc.

Note: Ensure that you have a corporate user rights to edit a Glitch category.

  1. From the main menu on the left side of the screen, select System Configuration (). The User Console screen appears.

  2. Select Glitch Configuration () > Glitch Manager.
    The Glitch Manager screen appears.

  3. On the left, hover over Department and select Edit ().
    The Edit Glitch Category dialog box appears.

  4. Enter the Glitch Category Name and select the Department.

  5. Select Save & Exit. An Alert Success message appears.
