Editing a glitch category
Editing a glitch category helps to organize and prioritize the resolution of problems by grouping them into related or similar types.
For example, in a hotel, glitch categories includes housekeeping issues, butler, front office product and services etc.
Note: Ensure that you have a corporate user rights to edit a Glitch category.

From the main menu on the left side of the screen, select System Configuration (
). The User Console screen appears.

Select Glitch Configuration (
) > Glitch Manager.
The Glitch Manager screen appears. -
On the left, hover over Department and select Edit (
).
The Edit Glitch Category dialog box appears. -
Enter the Glitch Category Name and select the Department.

Select Save & Exit. An Alert Success message appears.
