Editing a glitch description

Editing a glitch description helps to accurately reflects the current issue or equipment in the system as a service or equipment change. For example, if a glitch is related to the air conditioning system, ensure the description accurately covers issues like unpleasant odors, leaks, or system malfunctions.

Note: Ensure that you have a corporate user rights to edit a Glitch description.

Note:You can not change the department of a glitch category if there are any glitch descriptions associated with it.

1. From the main menu on the left side of the screen, select System Configuration (). The User Console screen appears.

2. Select Glitch Configuration () > Glitch Manager.
   The Glitch Manager screen appears.

3. On the right, hover over Actions and select Edit ().
   The Edit Glitch Description dialog box appears.

4. Enter the Glitch Description Name and select the Glitch Category.

5. Select Save & Exit.
   An Alert Success message appears.
