Guest details tab on the New glitch screen

When registering a glitch, you must select a source to record the contact information for the person who has experienced a problem at your property. If that person is a guest at your property who has already been registered in the system, any previously logged information about that guest appears in the Guest details tab to the right of the New glitch form.

You can use this tab to view guest information, send complimentary items to their room, and manage any other glitches that are attached to the guest record.

Field Description Notes

Nationality

The flag indicates the home country of the guest.

Read-only.

Room number

Name or number of the room to which the guest is registered.

Read-only.

Name

Name of the guest.

Read-only.

Image

A photo of the guest, if available.

Read-only.

Change image

Upload a new image of the guest.

 

Check-in & Check-out date

Date when the guest is due to check in and when the guest is due to check out.

Read-only.

Pax

Number of guests staying in the room.

Read-only.

VIP Level

Code associated with the VIP level.

Read-only.

Field Description Notes

Confirmation no.

Confirmation number for the guest's reservation.

Read-only.

PMS reservation ID

Identification number assigned to the reservation by your property management system.

Read-only.

Reservation status

Indicates whether the guest is due to arrive, in house, or checked out.

Read-only.

Room type

Type of room the guest is staying in, such as a suite with a king-sized bed, standard room with two double beds, and so on.

Read-only.

Room rate

Price the guest is paying for the room, per night.

Read-only.

Sharer name

Name of the secondary guest on the reservation, if applicable.

Read-only.

Source

Name of the service the guest used to book their reservation, such as hotel website, Hotels.com, Booking.com, and so on.

Read-only.

Booking

Booking origin code from your property management system, such as telephone, email, online booking, and so on.

Read-only.

Group name

Name of the group or organization that the guest is staying with, if applicable. For example, the guest might have received a special rate if they are staying for a convention or business trip.

Traces

Traces data from your property management system.

PMS profile ID

Identification number assigned to the guest by your property management system.

Birth date

Guest's date of birth.

Read-only.

Business title

Guest's job title, if provided.

This information might be useful if the guest is staying for a business trip.

Company name

Name of the company or organization the guest works for.

This information might be useful if the guest is staying for a business trip.

Read-only.

Language

Primary language that the guest speaks.

Read-only.

Gender

Guest's gender, used for identification purposes or demographics.

Read-only.

Last stay

Date of the guest's most recent reservation prior to their current or upcoming stay.

Read-only.

Guest preference

Jobs that have been saved as a guest preference. You can select an existing preference to auto-fill the New job form.

 
Address

Address(es) registered to the guest for billing or contact purposes.
