Mapping a glitch description to job description

Note: To map a Glitch description to job description, make sure you are signed-in as a property user.

1. From the main menu on the left side of the screen, select System Configuration (). The User Console screen appears.

2. Select Glitch Configuration () > Glitch Manager.
   The Glitch Manager screen appears.

3. In the table on the right, for the Glitch Description that you want to map, hover over the Actions column and select Map ().
   The Glitch and Job Mappingdialog box appears.

4. Select the Job Category and the Job Description radio button to map them together.

5. Select Submit.
   An Alert Success message appears.
