Group Total Report Lines
Group Total report lines group budget lines and KBI lines and/or calculated lines under one header together. This report also display totals for the line.
Note: You can have Group Total lines within Group Total lines (children).
Fields for Group Total Report Lines

Title |
Assign a name for the group of lines you create. |

Display |
Determine what information is displayed. |

Title only |
Displays just the title of the Group Total report line; it does not display the lines that comprise the Group Total report line (details). |

Details only |
Displays the individual lines that comprise the Group Total report line; doesn't display the Title. |
|
Title & Details |
Displays both the Title and the Details. |

Tag |
Displays extra information that is needed for the report but not visible on the report. Specific, pre-determined tags are used for each report. The Tag field is only used for the following reports: Payroll & Related Summary, Key Operating Stats, Profitability, Budget Labor Productivity, and Hotel Financial Report. This field should be left blank for all other reports. |
Creating Group Total Report Line

Enter a Title.

Select Title only, Details only, or Title & Details from the Display drop-down list.

Enter a Tag only if you are configuring reports that use this field. For all other reports, leave this field blank.

Click OK.
