Item Details tab

Use the item details tab to manage and review items. It offers a detailed view of each inventory item, including items and its information.

Fields on the Item Details tab

Image Actions
Add Image	Hover over the image icon to add an image and set it as the item picture.	The add image icon will be visible when no image is currently set.
Image actions	Hove over the image to see the following actions: Edit ( )—Edit the image. View ( )—View the image. Delete ( )—Delete the image.
Item Details
Item Information	Available fields include: Name—Name of the item. Category—Category of the item. Description—Detailed description of the item. Need Approval—Whether the item requires approval. Listed as Yes or No. Additional Details Barcode—Machine-readable code used to identify and track products in inventory.
Inventory	Available fields include: Stock Level—Shows the current quantity of the consumable item available in inventory as In Stock, Low Stock, and No Stock. Department—Department that is responsible for or associated with the item. Units—The measurement unit for the item, such as pieces, kilograms, or pounds. Available Quantity—Number of item currently available in stock. Note: If there are multiple suppliers for an item and only some stocks are active, only the quantities from the active stocks are considered in the total available quantity. As a result, the Available Quantity will be adjusted to reflect a reduction corresponding to the inactive stock, and only the total available quantity of active stocks will be displayed. Minimum Stock—Minimum quantity of the item that should be maintained in stock to avoid running out.
