PM Console

Select the property for which to view PMs.

Opens the filters dialog box where you can apply filters to the PM Console.

Clear any filters that were applied to the screen.

Enter search criteria in the field.

Options include:

• Last updated date/time

• Schedule Type

• Start date

• Created On

Sort the table by either ascending or descending order.

Refresh the screen.

Select the checkbox(es) of the PMs that you want to work with.

Name of the PM.

Asset category associated with the PM.

Number of assets included in the PM.

Start date of the schedule.

Schedule type: Gap or Pattern.

More information:

• Pattern—A pattern schedule triggers a work order based on a fixed date and time, such as first day of the month. Pattern means a standard frequency like monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, specific dates, or specific days of the week. Consecutive work orders are triggered based on pattern and not based on the completion date of the previous work order. For example, if the pattern is Monthly with date of 5th, then work orders will be triggered on the 5th day of every month.

• Gap—Gap allows for work orders to be generated x days after the completion of the previous work order. Therefore, if a Gap is 45 days, then consecutive work orders will be generated 45 days after completion of the previous one. This also means if the previous work order was delayed on completion, the next preventive maintenance schedule will be generated x days after its completion.

Frequency of the schedule.

Allowed variance, in days.

Skills required for the PM.

Department associated with the PM.

Indicates that a checklist is associated with the work order.

Controls include:

• First page selector ( )—Go to the first page.

• Previous page ( )—Go to the previous page.

• Next page ( )—Go to the next page.

• Last page ( )—Go to the last page.

Opens the New PM screen where you can create a new PM.
