Work order details pane
When you select a work order, the details pane opens on the right side of the console. The details pane consists of the following tabs:

Overview—Displays information about when the work order was created, who created the work order, and to which technician the work order is assigned.

Checklist—View the checklist associated with the work order. If no checklist is attached, select the ellipsis icon and choose Update Checklist.

Asset—If there is an asset associated with the work order, you can view details from the Asset tab. If no asset is associated with the work order, or the wrong asset has been linked, select the ellipsis icon and choose Update Asset.

History—displays a chronological account of events from the time of the work order’s creation. All actions such as updates, changes, and remarks can be found here for review.

Approval—The Approval tab displays an approval detail and the cost details for the asset attached. Under this tab, users can view the quantity, rate and amount added for the asset.
Each tab displays different information about the work order. When you select the ellipsis icon ( ) in the upper-right corner, a menu expands with additional actions that you can take.

Actions
These actions are available from the vertical ellipsis ( ) menu in the upper-right corner of the work order details pane.

Start |
Starts the work order so that a technician can begin work. |
This option appears only if a work order has not yet been started. |
Edit | Edit work orders that are in the Unassigned or Assigned state, but only for Corrective type work orders. | |
Assign To |
Opens the Select Staff dialog box where you can assign the work order to a specific staff. |

Park / Repark |
Puts the work order on hold. |

Print Work Order |
Opens the Print PDF Configuration dialog box, where you can print the work order as a PDF and view the following details:

This option sends an email notification when the Preventive Maintenance (PM) work order is completed, with the details provided as a PDF attachment. |
Add Notes |
Opens the Add Notes dialog box where you can add comments about the work order. |

Add Attachments |
Opens the Attachment dialog box where you can update a new file and attach it to the work order. |
|
Submit for Approval |
Opens the Approval Form where a technician can send the work order for approval before completing. |
This option appears only if the work order must be approved. |
Update Checklist |
Opens the Checklist dialog box where you can add a new checklist and attach it to the work order. |
