Manage Surveys tab of STAFFScope Campaign Management

Use the Manage Surveys tab of STAFFScope Campaign Management to create new surveys based on templates. There is at least one standardized template for each Unifocus Survey project.

Surveys

Filter

Opens the Filter dialog box, where you can filter surveys by project and/or status.

Default settings in the Filter dialog box:

  • Project—All Projects.

  • Status—Active surveys only.

Search

Search for a survey.

Enter the name of the survey in the Search field. The list automatically updates to meet the search criteria.

Alphanumeric.

Add New Survey

Opens the Add New Survey wizard in STAFFScope Campaign Management, where you add and specify the details of a new survey.

Survey list

List of all active surveys.

Select a survey to view details.

Activate/Deactivate Survey

Activate or deactivate a survey. If a survey is active, the button label is Deactivate. If the survey is inactive, the button label is Activate.

The Deactivate button is unavailable if the survey is currently in use or will be used in an upcoming survey period.

General information

Information includes:

  • Project—Name of the associated Survey Solutions project.

    A survey project refers to the UnifocusSurvey Solutions product or modules with which the survey period is associated. Projects might include STAFFScope, MEETINGScope, GUESTScope, SERVICEScope, and so on. For example, a STAFFScope project is a unique project associated with the UnifocusSTAFFScope product.

  • Template—Template used to create the survey.

  • Rating scale—Rating scale is set at the client level.

  • Default Language—The default language that was selected when adding a new survey.

  • Date Created—Date when the survey was created.

Invitation note

Information includes:

  • Note Type—Template for the note.

  • Note Language—Language for the note.

  • Desktop text—Text for the version of the note that appears on desktop and laptop computers.

  • Mobile text—Text for the version of the note that appears on mobile devices.

Read-only.

Questions

All questions for the selected survey template appear in this section. They are listed from top to bottom in the order in which they appear in the survey.

Each question displays the following:

  • The text for the question or survey statement.

  • A dimension and description (in gray text below the question). For example, for the question My direct supervisor treats me with respect, the dimension is Management Support. The description is the extent to which employees feel they are supported by management in the job.
