Outlet Analysis report

The Outlet Analysis report helps you further analyze your budgeted revenues.

Note: This report displays information only for outlets that have been configured as revenue center KBIs. Outlets that have not been configured as revenue center KBIs will not appear in the report.

Key Information

• The report details covers, average rate, and revenue for each outlet and each designated meal period. The report also calculates the Sales Mix (in dollars) for the periods established.
