Printing schedules in Employee Schedules

Weekly schedules are available in the Weekly Schedule report, which is located in Reporter. Printing schedules from the Employee Schedules screen opens the Weekly Schedule report configuration screen in Reporter. From there, you can configure and generate the report.

  1. In the upper-left corner of the screen, select Access your applications ().
    The menu expands.

  2. Select Labor > Scheduling.
    The Employee Schedules screen appears.

    Note: When you first access the Employee Schedules screen, you must select jobs for which to display scheduling information.

  1. Select the planning period for which to print the schedule.

  2. In the upper-right corner the screen, select Print.
    The Weekly Schedule report opens in a separate Reporter tab. The Week End field of the Weekly Schedule report automatically updates to the planning period that you selected in the Employee Schedules screen.

  3. Configure the Weekly Schedule report as necessary and then generate the report.
