Projected Schedule Graph report

The Projected Schedule Graph report shows you, at a glance, whether you have over-, under-, or correctly staffed at a given time on a given day. This report also shows the total projected and scheduled hours by job.

Key Information

• Displays the number of employees that are scheduled on any given hour, on any given day, as well as total forecast and scheduled hours by job.  

• Presents information regarding the total number of daily and weekly forecast and scheduled hours, by job, in table format.  

• Displays a graph with color-coded bars which indicates visually where you are over- , under-, or correctly staffed.
