Property Configuration report

The Property Configuration report provides an overview of the general information for the location. The report provides such information as the number of guest rooms, employee ID length (how many digits are used for the employee ID), the desired variance percentage (for forecasting), environments, seasons, and unit abbreviations are also noted in this report.

• The Property Configuration report has several options that determine what information is included in the report and how the information is presented. The general property information will appear as the first page of every report regardless of the options selected. Each option will then appear on a separate page.
