Read-only.

Indicates why the punch was rejected.

Read-only.

Time Clock

Time Clock on which the employee tried to punch.

Read-only.

Emp. Override

Indicates whether the employee declined to override the rejection (if the option was offered). When an employee punches in, they might see a message that says there is something wrong with the punch. The employee may override the rejection or decline to override the rejection.

For example, if an employee tries to punch In early and your property has rules about how early employees can clock In, the employee is notified by the Time Clock that their punch was rejected. The employee may choose to override the rejection or decline to override the rejection. If the employee declines to override the rejection, the word Decline appears in this field.

If the employee did not have the opportunity to override the punch, this field is blank.

Read-only.

Offline

Indicates that the punch took place when the Time Clock was offline.

Read-only.

Entered on

Date and time that the punch was recorded.

A discrepancy between the date and time in this (Entered on) column and the date and time in the Punch column indicates that the Time Clock was offline.

Read-only.
