Resolving shift disputes

  1. In the upper-left corner of the screen, select Access your applications ( main menu icon ).
    The menu expands.

  2. Select T&A > Review Pay Period.
    The Review Pay Period screen appears.

  1. Double-click an employee row.
    The employee's Review Time Card screen opens in a separate tab.

  1. If necessary, expand () the details section at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Select the Disputes tab.
    The resulting table displays any disputed adjustments to the Time Card.

  3. (Optional) Double-click a cell in the table to open a detailed view of the shift adjustments.

  4. Select the check box for the dispute you want to reconfirm with the employee.
    The employee can now approve the changes or re-open the dispute from the Time Clock or Mobile App.
