Resolving shift disputes

In the upper-left corner of the screen, select Access your applications (
).
The menu expands. -
Select T&A > Review Pay Period.
The Review Pay Period screen appears.

Double-click an employee row.
The employee's Review Time Card screen opens in a separate tab.

If necessary, expand (
) the details section at the bottom of the screen. -
Select the Disputes tab.
The resulting table displays any disputed adjustments to the Time Card. -
(Optional) Double-click a cell in the table to open a detailed view of the shift adjustments.

Select the check box for the dispute you want to reconfirm with the employee.
The employee can now approve the changes or re-open the dispute from the Time Clock or Mobile App.
