Schedule Restriction
Use the Schedule Restriction work rules to apply hours restrictions to employees.
The Schedule Restriction work rule type includes the following work rules:
No Restriction

Monthly Required Days Off
| Description |
Set the minimum required days off for an employee in a monthly pay period. |

Days Off In Month Map |
Maps days of the month to required days off in the month. The day of the month is based on the first day of the planning period. January is always 1, February is always 2, etc. Example: You can map it so that the 15th day of the January planning period is a required day off by entering 1:15. |

Max Hours On Day

Set the maximum number of hours that can be scheduled in a day for specific days of the week. |

Earliest Start Latest End Time
| Description |
Check whether a shift can be scheduled based on the configured days of week, earliest start times, and latest end times. |

Max Days Worked Per Week
| Description |
Set the maximum number of days, including consecutive days, allowed to be scheduled in a week. |

Maximum number of consecutive calendar days allowed to be scheduled per week. Value must be between 1 and 7. Default: 7. |

If selected, the rule looks for restrictions within 7 days of a defined Week Start Day. |

Calendar day of week for which the restriction calculation starts. Default: Sunday. Note: This field is available only if Use Calendar Week is selected. |
