Editing a service action reason

  1. From the main menu on the left side of the screen, select System Configuration ().
    The System Configuration module opens in a separate tab. By default, the User Console screen appears.
  2. Select Service Configuration () > Service Action Reasons. The Service Action Reasons screen appears.

  3. Select the tab you want to edit from the following options:

    • Close Reason(s)
    • Park Reason(s)
    • Reassign Reason(s)
    • Reopen Reason(s)
    • Reset Reasons(s)
  4. On the right, hover over the Actions column for the service action reason that you want to edit and select Edit (). The Reason Description field becomes editable.

  5. Edit the Reason Description.

  6. Select Confirm.
    An Alert Success message appears.

  7. Select OK to close the message dialog box.
