Editing a service action reason
- From the main menu on the left side of the screen, select System Configuration (
).
The System Configuration module opens in a separate tab. By default, the User Console screen appears. -
Select Service Configuration (
) > Service Action Reasons. The Service Action Reasons screen appears. -
Select the tab you want to edit from the following options:
- Close Reason(s)
- Park Reason(s)
- Reassign Reason(s)
- Reopen Reason(s)
- Reset Reasons(s)

On the right, hover over the Actions column for the service action reason that you want to edit and select Edit (
). The Reason Description field becomes editable. -
Edit the Reason Description.

Select Confirm.
An Alert Success message appears. -
Select OK to close the message dialog box.
