Unmapping a job description from properties

Unmapping a property allows you to adjust or remove outdated or incorrect job descriptions that no longer apply.

Note: Both corporate and property users can unmap a job description from properties.

1. From the main menu on the left side of the screen, select System Configuration ().
   The System Configuration module opens in a separate tab. By default, the User Console screen appears.

2. Select Service Configuration () > Job Manager. The Job Manager screen appears.

3. You can unmap a job description in two ways:

   • For the Job Description that you want to unmap, hover over the Actions column and select Map (). The Mapping Configuration dialog box appears.

   • Select the checkbox next to the job description you want to unmap, then select Map () in the upper-right of the table.
     The Mapping Configuration dialog box appears.

   Note:If you see an Alert Failed message, it means the selected job description is currently in use across different properties. To unmap it, you must remove the job description from those properties.

4. Select () to clear the mapped properties.

5. Select Submit.
   An Alert Success message appears, and the unmapping is successfully updated.
