Viewing a disabled task in the Task Log

The Task Setup screen displays all scheduled tasks—both enabled and disabled. From the Task Setup screen, you can view a disabled task in the Task Log screen. 

  1. In the upper-left corner of the screen, select Access your applications ( main menu icon ).
    The menu expands.

  2. Select Administration > Task Scheduler Setup.
    The Task Setup screen appears.

  1. Find the task in the Scheduled Tasks list.

  2. (Optional) Use the filters and page navigation arrows if necessary.

  3. In the row of the scheduled task that you want to delete, hover over the ellipsis button (  ) and select Go To Log from the drop-down list.

    Note: The Go To Log option is available only if a scheduled task has been disabled. A DISABLED label (  ) appears in front of the task name of disabled tasks.

    The Task Log screen opens in a separate tab. The task that you selected in the previous step is highlighted in the All Tasks list.
