User Administration

Use the Unifocus User Administration screen to manage users' Unifocus software accounts. From the Unifocus Sign In screen, users can access all of the projects and applications to which they are granted permission. With User Administration, you can manage these permissions at both individual- and group-levels and do the following:

  • Create users and groups.

  • Enter and update user and group information.

  • Add users to groups so that you can apply group-level settings.

  • Specify levels of access to properties.

  • Control access to applications, screens, actions, and data.

  • Allow or restrict access to schedules, reports, jobs, and budget lines. 

Note: The User Administration screen is the redesigned, improved, and renamed Security screen. If your company is still using the Security screen, see Security for online help.

Note: The term "administrative user" refers to those who use the User Administration screen to manage all other Unifocus software users. The term "user" refers to the general Unifocus software users whose accounts are managed by the administrative users.
