View Daily Values screen in Actual KBI Mapping

The View Daily Values screen displays aggregated daily data calculated from the external reports that have been mapped to specific KBIs in RMS. When you map a KBI, you choose whether the KBI data should be equal to the amount from the report or whether it should be multiplied or divided by a configured percentage. For example, if you want to split data evenly between two KBIs, you can choose to divide by 200% or multiply by 50%. The table on the View Daily Values screen displays post-calculation KBI data, that is, if you chose to multiple or divide by a percentage, the displayed numbers reflect those calculations.

Note: Cells in the View Daily Values table are read-only.

Fields on the View Daily Values screen

1	Date Range selector	Use the drop-down list to select the date range for the week you want to view.	Default: Current calendar week.
2	Current Week	Sets the date range back to the current calendar week.
3	Previous / Next	View data for the week before or after the currently selected week.
4	Search KBI	Search the table for a specified KBI. The table automatically updates to meet the search criteria.
5	Daily Values table	Expand () or collapse () rows in the table to view KBI data for each day of the week.	Read-only.
