Viewing schedule audits in Employee Schedules
By viewing schedule audits, you can see a complete list of changes made to the schedules.

In the upper-left corner of the screen, select Access your applications (
).
The menu expands. -
Select Labor > Scheduling.
The Employee Schedules screen appears.Note: When you first access the Employee Schedules screen, you must select jobs for which to display scheduling information.

At the top of the screen, select the ellipses ( ... ) button.

From the drop-down list, select Audit.
The Schedule Audits dialog box appears. It displays details about changes that were made to the schedules.

Field Description Notes Controls Changed by
Filter the table by users. Options include

All—Displays updates made by all users.

Non-System User— Displays updates only made by users and excludes updates made by the System User (that is, system-generated changes).

System User—Displays only updates made by the System User (that is, system-generated changes).
By default, all users are displayed.
Shift Penalties
Filter the table by shift penalties. Options include:

All—Displays updates for all shifts.
-
With Penalties—Displays only updates for shifts with penalties.
Shift Dates
Filter the table by a custom date range. From the calendar menu, select start and end dates.
By default, the current planning period is displayed.
Search field
Type search criteria in the field.
You can search by names or dates.
Table Changed on
Date and time when the change was made.

To sort by most recent changes, click the up arrow (
). -
To sort by oldest changes, click the up arrow (
).
By default, the table is sorted by the most recent changes.
Changed by
Name of the user who made the change.
Read-only.
Shift Date
Date of the shift during which the user made the change.
Read-only.
Start Time
Start time of the shift.
Read-only.
End Time
End time of the shift.
Read-only.
Job
Job associated with the user.
Read-only.
Assignment
Assignment associated with the user.
Read-only.
Employee
The employee whose shift was changed.
Read-only.
Description
A brief description of the shift that was made.

When you are finished viewing the audits, select X to close the dialog box.
