Weekly Forecast Exception report
The Weekly Forecast Exceptions report lists any labor category and department whose scheduled hours are above (cost concern) or below (quality concern) the established variance from forecast hours. The report establishes a corrective action format that can be used to ensure proper staff scheduling. Determine which divisions/departments/jobs have unacceptable variances, why, and what will be done to correct it.
