Working with tabs in User Administration

  1. In the upper-left corner of the screen, select Access your applications ( main menu icon ).
    The menu expands.

  2. Select Administration > User Administration.
    The User Administration screen appears.

Each of the two User Administration views (Manage Users and Manage Gorups) contains tabs where you configure and manage permissions and access.

Within each view of User Administration, all available tabs appear in a row above the tables.

  • To view tabs, select a tab in the navigation row.

  • To access additions tabs, select the navigation arrows ( previous, next  ) to move through tabs.

Using controls in the tabs

Although each tab is different, there are few controls that are common to each tab.

Selecting a property

  1. Select the Select a property field.
    A drop-down menu appears.

  2. In the left column of the drop-down list, select the database that contains your property.

  3. In the right column of the drop-down list, select the property.

In the steps above, you must individually select both the database and the property.

Searching for items

To find a specific property, database, or data items, type the search criteria into the Search (search) field.
