Glitch Dashboard
The Glitch Dashboard provides a consolidated, at-a-glance view of key information and metrics for the Glitch product. This dashboard offers insights that can help you understand and manage glitches and complaints more effectively. You can interact with the various charts to filter data and customize views.
Note: Glitch Dashboard is available only to users with Reports access. Users must have the Create Glitch Reports role enabled. For more information, contact your Unifocus Client Success Manager (CSM).
Note: The data in the Glitch Dashboard is updated every 5 hours, starting at 00:20 (12:20 AM) UTC, and might not match data in existing reports or in the Glitch software, depending on when you last made changes in the software.
