Adding credits to attendants

  1. From the main menu, select the Housekeeping ( ) option.
    The Housekeeping Dashboard screen appears.

  2. From the menu pane on the left side of the screen, select Coordinator's Desk > Credit Logs.
    The Credit Logs screen appears.

  1. Locate the row of the attendant. If necessary, select a specific date from the Date field or enter search terms in the Search field.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • Right-click the row for the attendant and select Add.
      The Additional Credits pane opens.
      or

    • Select Show Details for the attendant. In the resulting Credit Details pane, select Add.
      The Additional Credits pane opens.

  3. From the Location drop-down list, select a location.

  4. In the Credits field, enter a number value for the credits.

  5. (Optional) In the Additional Task field, enter information about the additional task for which the attendant earned the credits.

  6. Select Save.
    The pane closes, and your changes are saved

Note: You can also add credits from the Credit Details pane, which you access by right-clicking a row in the Credit Log screen and selecting Show Details.
