The console screen provides the real-time status of all room-cleaning activity in a shift.

Filter (for Console)

Opens a row of filters that you can use to filter the information that you see on the Console screen.

From the resulting drop-down menus, select the desired filter options. (See #11 Filters row for more details.)

Attendant status Filters

The icons and numbers indicate the number of attendants in the following statuses:

  • Logged In—Attendants who are logged in to the software.

  • Logged Out—Attendants who are logged out of the software.

  • On Break—Attendants who are logged in to the software but are currently on break.

  • Idle—Attendants who are logged in to the software but are currently idle.

Select an icon to filter the screen by the status.

Tasks status filters

The icons and numbers indicate the number of users in the following statuses:

  • Pending—Cleaning tasks that are in a pending action.

  • In Progress (flashing)—Tasks that are currently being worked on.

  • Paused—Tasks that have been started and paused before completion.

  • Finished—Cleaning tasks that are completed and ready for inspection.

  • Inspection in progress (flashing)—Tasks that are being inspected.

  • Inspected—Tasks that have been both completed and successfully inspected.

  • DND—Tasks that have not been started due to a do not disturb status.

Select an icon to filter the screen by the status.

Save Filter

After you have filtered the screen, use this button to save your filter.

Load Filter

Loads the filter options that you selected.

Clear

If you have filtered the screen, select this button to clear the filter and return the screen to an unfiltered view.

This button appears only if you have filtered the screen.

Cleaning progress

Percentage of completed cleaning tasks.

Export

Exports the screen and all applied filters to a CSV file or other Excel formats.

Refresh

Refreshes the data on the screen.

Search

Search by name or numbers. The screen updates to reflect your entries.

Selecting the Filter () option open this row of additional filters:

  • Task status

  • Room type

  • VIP level

  • Res (reservation) status

  • FO status

  • Task Type

  • Section

  • More Filters: Queue rooms, No service, Skip inspection, Guest Request, Escalated, Delay, Inspection failed, Do Not Inspect, Set as next, Dynamic Task.

The filters row appears only if you select the Filter () option.

Escalation status

Items that are marked with a high escalation status display an escalation icon.

Type of task.

Tasksheet name

Name of the task sheet.

Task Status

Icons indicating the task status:

  • Pending—Cleaning tasks that are in a pending action.

Status of the room of the room associated with the task.

Attendant assigned to the task.

Indicates whether there is a Do Not Inspect status associated with the task.

Credits

Number of credits for the room that is associated with the task.

Maximum number of occupants for the room associated with the task.

Sharer

A check mark indicates that the room is shared by two or more people.

Block Code

Displays the PMS group code when a group reservation is received from PMS.

Group Name

Name of the group associated with the task.

VIP Level

VIP level of the guest staying in the room that is associated with the task.

Arrival Time

Actual arrival time of the reservation if informed by the guests. Otherwise, 00:00 will appear.

Check-in date

Scheduled check-in time for the guest staying in the room that is associated with the task.

Checkout date

Scheduled checkout date for the guest staying in the room that is associated with the task.

Checkout time / ETD

Estimated checkout time for the guest staying in the room that is associated with the task.

Queue Since

Queue reservation is a feature offered by many PMSs, which allows front offices to mark a reservation as "Queue" to notify housekeeping staff that the guest is waiting or about to arrive so that they clean their room first. This field displays the time when the queue reservation event appeared in the Housekeeping software.

Market Code

Market codes help hotels segment their bookings into different categories. These categories might include corporate bookings, group bookings, leisure travelers, online travel agents (OTAs), direct bookings, and so on. This field displays the code that is received from the reservation via the PMS interface.

Page navigation controls

The central buttons indicate the number of pages. The highlighted button indicates which page you are viewing. Either select a page number button or use the previous and next buttons to navigate through the pages.

If there is only one page of tasks, the previous and next buttons are unavailable.

Displays the number of displayed items out of the number of total items.
