Creating dynamic task sheets

You create dynamic task sheets in the Dynamic Tasksheet Editor screen of Housekeeping.

Note: Once dynamic task sheets are activated, they appear in the Console along with standard task sheets.

To create a dynamic task sheet:

  1. From the main menu, select the Housekeeping ( ) option.
    The Housekeeping Dashboard screen appears.

  2. From the menu pane on the left side of the screen, select Manage Task Sheets ( ) > Task Sheet Editor (Dynamic).
    The Dynamic Tasksheet Editor screen appears.

  1. Select Create.
    The Create Dynamic Tasksheet pane opens.

  2. From the Task sheet set drop-down list, select the appropriate task sheet.
    The software shows you how many rooms are currently matching the filter and how many credits the value of the work is. The Task Type column shows you whether a fixed task type is applicable or facility management rules are applied.

  3. Select Create.
