Discrepancy Data screen

The Discrepancy Data screen, which is accessed from the Coordinator's Desk menu of Housekeeping, displays discrepancies that have been submitted for rooms.

Fields on the Discrepancy Data screen

Show Discrepancy	Filter the table to display only rooms with discrepancies.
Discrepancy date	Select the date.
Section	Filter the table by section.
Export	Export the selected table view to an XLSX file.
Refresh	Refresh the screen.
Search	Enter search terms by which to filter the screen.
Table
Section	Section of the hotel.	Read-only.
Room #	Room number.	Read-only.
Discrepancy Item	Type of discrepancy.	Read-only.
Reported By	User who reported the discrepancy.	Read-only.
HK Value	Value reported by the attendant or supervisor using the Housekeeping software. Note: If the HK Value and FO Value do not match, the software indicates a discrepancy and highlights the fields in red.	Read-only.
FO Value	Value transmitted from the PMS via an interface. Note: If the HK Value and FO Value do not match, the software indicates a discrepancy and highlights the fields in red.	Read-only.
Discrepancy	A discrepancy is associated with the room: Yes or No.
Date time	Date and time when the discrepancy was entered.	Read-only.
Discrepancy Reason	Reason why the discrepancy was entered.
