Housekeeping workflow

The Housekeeping software is integrated with your hotel PMS. The general workflow is as follows:

  1. The daily task sheets are created in Housekeeping.

  2. Once the attendants and supervisors are mapped, the task sheets are activated.

  3. Task sheets update on staff devices.

  4. Attendants clean rooms in a predefined, prioritized order.

  5. Supervisors inspect those rooms and release them to the reception for the next guest.

  6. Room status is automatically updated in the PMS upon cleaning and inspection of a room.
