Roles and users in Housekeeping

There are three main users of the Housekeeping software:

  • Executive Housekeeper—Executive housekeepers are responsible for the overall operation of the housekeeping department. They supervise the work of the housekeeping staff and develop work schedules.

  • Housekeeping Supervisor—Housekeeping supervisors are responsible for overseeing and managing housekeeping operations, including task assignment and tracking. They inspect every room to ensure cleanliness as specified in requirements and standards.

  • Room Attendant—Room attendants clean guest rooms, meeting rooms, and common areas. They take care of incoming and outgoing guest needs. Room attendants work under the direction of hotel management and staff.
