Room Selection pane

The Room Selection pane opens when you add or edit a room selection from the Room Selection screen. Use the Rooms Selection pane to customize a room selection.

Field Description Notes

Selection name

Enter the name for the room selection.

Required.

Show selected

Select the checkbox to filter the sections in the pane by only selected options.

 

Clear

Clears all entries and selections in the pane.

 

Room types

Select one of the following options:

  • Guest Rooms

  • Public Areas

  • Both

 

Room status

Select one or multiple room statuses to associate with the room selection.

 

FO status

Select one or multiple front office statuses to associate with the room selection.

 

Res. status

Select one or multiple reservation statuses to associate with the room selection.

 

Room type

Select one or multiple room types to associate with the room selection.

 

VIP level

Select one or multiple VIP levels to associate with the room selection.

 

Group

Select one or multiple groups to associate with the room selection.

 

Section

Select one or multiple sections to associate with the room selection.

 

Floor

Select one or multiple floors to associate with the room selection.

 

Previous TT

Select one or multiple previous task types to associate with the room selection.

 

HK Opt Out

Selecting the plus (+) sign will include the rooms with opt out in the task sheet. Selecting the minus (-) sign will not include the opt out rooms.

 

Specials

Select the appropriate specials for the room selection.

 

Length of Stay (Days)

Specify the length of the stay in days.

 

Time Occupied

Specify the time occupied.

 

Time Vacant

Specify the time vacant.

 

Task type

Select a task type to associate with the room selection.

 

Follow Facility Mgmt rule

Select the checkbox if you want the room selection to follow the configured facility management rule.
