CR

Credit value—A numerical- or point-based assessment used to evaluate the quality and completeness of housekeeping tasks in guest rooms, with higher values indicating better performance.

Dynamic task sheet

A task sheet that adapts to specific guest preferences and requirements, automatically populating or removing the tasks based on the live PMS data stream.

Front office.

Opera

A widely used, third-party property management system.

PMS

Property management system—A comprehensive software solution used by hotels and similar establishments to manage various aspects of their operations, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, billing, and guest information.

Task sheet

A digital or paper document that provides detailed instructions and checklists for housekeeping staff to follow when cleaning and preparing guest rooms or other areas in a hotel. A task sheet displays all tasks for attendants during a specific shift

Task sheet set

A collection of rules defined in the system that allows executive housekeepers to pull the correct list of rooms for cleaning.
