Viewing and editing task sheets

You can view the contents of a task sheet and edit as necessary.

  1. From the main menu, select the Housekeeping ( ) option.
    The Housekeeping Dashboard screen appears.

  2. From the menu pane on the left side of the screen, select Manage Task Sheets ( ) > Task Sheets.
    The Task Sheets screen appears.

  1. If necessary, from the date selector, select the date that you want to check.

  2. If necessary, from the Locations drop-down list, select the location.

  3. In the table, right-click the task sheet that you want to view or edit and select View/Edit.
    The View/Edit Details pane opens.

  4. Update the fields as necessary.

  5. Select Save.
    The pane closes, and your changes are saved.
