Creating a course

In Training, you must first create a course and then add learning materials such as SCORM packages, PDFs, and other content.

To create a course:

  1. Go to the URL provided by your Training administrator.

  2. Enter your registered identifier, email, or phone number.

  3. Enter your Password and select Log In.
    Your learner Dashboard screen appears.

  1. In the upper-left corner of the screen, select Management.
    The Management screen appears.

  1. Under Content, select Manage courses.

  2. Select Create new course.
    The Create New Course screen appears.

  3. Enter the Title and Description.

  4. (Optional) Enter a Category. For example, categories might be Housekeeping, Labor, Survey, and so on.

  5. To enforce the sequence of courses, turn on the Enforce Sequence? toggle.

  6. To make the course required, turn on the Require Assignment? toggle.

  7. (Optional) Upload a Thumbnail image.

  8. (Optional) Set a completion timeline.

  9. Once all information has been entered, select Create.
    The course is created. Next you’ll add your materials.
