Only users with administrative permissions can access the Management screen.

Screen selector

Select whether to view the Dashboard or the Management screen.

Default: Dashboard.

Management screen is only available for users with administrator permissions.

Language selector

Select your language.

Manage Account

Options include:

  • Profile—Update your user profile information.

  • Log Out—Log out of Training.

Active users

Displays the number of active users.

Select the Active users link to open the Manage Users screen.

Active courses

Displays the number of active courses.

Select the Active courses link to open the Manage Courses screen.

Course completion

Displays the percentage of completed courses and the number of courses completed out of the total number of courses.

Content

This section contains the following options:

  • Manage courses—Opens a screen where you can create and manage courses, publish or unpublish courses, generate reports, and view audit logs.

  • Manage course categories—Opens a screen where you can add and update course categories.

Users

This section contains the following options:

  • Manage users—Opens a screen where you can add, manage, and delete users.

  • Bulk import users—Opens a screen where you can upload files with multiples users and view past imports.

  • Manage groups—Opens a screen where you can add, manage, and delete user groups.

For bulk user imports, valid file types include XLSX, CSV, or XLS.

Settings

This section contains the following option:

  • Manage site settings—Opens a settings screen where you can configure single sign-on (SSO) information, change the application logo, and change the primary application color.

This screen should only be used by Unifocus administrators.
